We have a plant in Southeast Asia and South America who can produce your buttons at a very reasonable price. There are a variety of metals and alloys used in specific application. Jean buttons are made of aluminum to ensure that they do not deform during the chemical washing. Shirt buttons are either plastic, wood, shells and a variety of metal alloys like cooper and iron.

Jean buttons needs a special die for each design while regular buttons need only a mold. They are also sold in gross or sets. The sizes ranges from 22L up to 27L. We can shipped production in 2-3 weeks after sample approval depending on the quantity of your order.

You can send us your camera ready artwork via e-mail or fedex us the disk. We can work with a variety of storage media such as CD-R/W, DVD-+R/W, Zip Disk, Jaz and floppy disks. We have a minimum order of 5,000 pcs and can pack and hold your order up to 3 months. We accept artwork in jpg or pdf format.
